Received a voicemail from Daniella wondering why I haven't called them back regarding my warranty. Called back and spoke to Amber, who amazingly knew that they were calling me regarding my warranty based on my first name alone! I asked the name of the company and wouldn't give any personal information until I knew who I was dealing with. She hung up on me. SCAM!!

It’s an absolute scam!! I called them back to tell them to stop calling me after daniella left an aggressive voicemail. I spoke to a man that was incredibly threatening and rude. Told him I’m no dummy and I know this is a scam. CALL THEM OUT THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

A guy had answered from customer support and asked for my name and make of my car. I’d told him that I was not interested and wanted to be removed from their listings and he told me in order to do so I had to pay or else my car would be reposed. I’d told him for the final time to remove me and he’d told me that my car will be taken and I would be going to jail! He began to type up some sort of information and said the wrong make of my. I’d told him it wasn’t my car and he hung up on me.

Person on call identified themself as Matrix Warranty Solutions, but would not put a manager on the line after making a reference to drugs based upon a noise he heard on the phone and made multiple demeaning accusations regarding my financial status and living situation which were inaccurate and meant to shame someone into purchasing their extended vehicle warranty. Very unprofessional and likely a scam!

Received this number via Facebook Messenger from a "friend" on Instagram and was told to text them to apply for a grant from American Hope Resources. When I called out this person for pretending to be my friend, they immediately unsent this number, but unfortunately for them, I had already taken a screenshot of our conversation with the number still showing.

a recorded message will tell you that they are calling from credit national assistance and they are following up on your inquiry some financial help. they provide this number. I was bored I called it. You can tell it's a scam call when you hear the "boop" sound before someone answer. They identified them self as "National Debt Assistance" I played along. They say they can help you by collecting your name, your address, and yes social security number. Clearly phishing
