Received this number via Facebook Messenger from a "friend" on Instagram and was told to text them to apply for a grant from American Hope Resources. When I called out this person for pretending to be my friend, they immediately unsent this number, but unfortunately for them, I had already taken a screenshot of our conversation with the number still showing.
a recorded message will tell you that they are calling from credit national assistance and they are following up on your inquiry some financial help. they provide this number. I was bored I called it. You can tell it's a scam call when you hear the "boop" sound before someone answer. They identified them self as "National Debt Assistance" I played along. They say they can help you by collecting your name, your address, and yes social security number. Clearly phishing
left robotic voicemail threatening to contact authorities etc if i didn't call back. recording was poor quality. no reference to the company call was from.
Called said i won a new car and want me to go to walmart and get 450.00 gift card so prize could get processed
said I won the monthly Reader's Digest Sweepstakes. I hung up. Didn't hear the rest of the message.
