Called looking for a family member that lives in another country regarding "a formal complaint that has been filed". Gave me a case number. I asked the name of their company, and the lady said "I'm the one asking questions here". She then finally said the name of the company is "Hospen and Associates", and they're a litigation firm. I told her I couldn't find her company name anywhere on google. Total scam.
