I received a call from +100911 saying some arrest warrant has been issues on my name. I just hangup on him as it is a SPAM call.

I got a call from the same number just s few minutes back. Some guy in an indian accent said that I have a warrant issued in my name. It was very scary. I had also posted a listing on Sulekha a few days back.

They just called me minutes ago, saying I was going to be arrested for federal charges against the government and asked when I first entered the country. They asked me to stay put and that the officers are on their way to arrest me after which I can call my lawyers. For a federal agent his accent didn't sound like one. He asked me to stay on the call and said the IRS was going to call me for confidential information and Yes like Chetan said I posted something on Sulekha. +100911 and 2026225000

Yes, warned me to stay on location where I am and they will be sending police to arrest me. Was asking my name, I asked them back telling that if you have called me to arrest then you should know my name and my address. Before this, I received a call regarding posting and wanted to know if I want to get room in a different city. This might be linked but was possibly a scam related. I refused to tell name and address and I told the guy to send police to arrest me and the guy hung the phone.

They call and pretend that they are from US police department and threaten you saying you have some charges on you. I get these calls when I post something on Sulekha website which is for Indian community.

Received this number via Facebook Messenger from a "friend" on Instagram and was told to text them to apply for a grant from American Hope Resources. When I called out this person for pretending to be my friend, they immediately unsent this number, but unfortunately for them, I had already taken a screenshot of our conversation with the number still showing.

a recorded message will tell you that they are calling from credit national assistance and they are following up on your inquiry some financial help. they provide this number. I was bored I called it. You can tell it's a scam call when you hear the "boop" sound before someone answer. They identified them self as "National Debt Assistance" I played along. They say they can help you by collecting your name, your address, and yes social security number. Clearly phishing
