My inbound calls were automatically going to voicemail. Finally located this number in my Call Forwarding section under "Always forward". When I cancelled the number I could receive inbound calls. Probably scam

Got the idea from Tiktok. I Dialed *#12# press call then saw this in my screen “Calls Forwarding On All Calls to +6141412100” but after 1 minute its gone but managed to take screenshot soon I saw them in my screen. Can anyone have ideas what these all about and who owned this number?
